The apartment sleeps 5 people. The owners have taken great care with the décor and have created a comfortable, relaxing retreat. The spacious living area is slightly divided, with a cosy seating area, furnished with a sofa, wooden armchair and flat-screen TV. At the other end of the room is an attractive dining set-up with a corner banquette and a glass door which leads out onto the private balcony. Here guests can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee whilst enjoying the view. The is off the dining area, with a serving hatch linking the two rooms. The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, oven, fridge, raclette, fondue and coffee machine.
Guests can enjoy well-tended shared gardens and during the summer months (early June to mid-September) guests also have use of the heated swimming pool, which is also used by the other apartments in the residence.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, which can be separated into 2 single beds.
Bedroom 2: The second cosy bedroom has 2 single beds and a bunk bed with a 3rd single bed, a wardrobe and a dressing table/workspace.
Bathroom
This tiled bathroom has a shower, basin and washing machine.
The WC is in a separate room.

Location
The property is in the village of Montroc, a 3 minute drive from Le Tour ski lifts and 3 minutes from the popular resort of Argentière, near the Grands-Montets ski lifts, shuttle buses and pistes. Some of the higher slopes around Argentière offer skiing later in the season, sometimes right up to early May.
During the summer months, the valley is packed with activities from hiking and mountain biking to mountaineering, horse riding, white-water rafting, paragliding, tennis and golf.
Argentière (3 minutes drive) has many of the amenities that visitors need, including restaurants and a supermarket. The weekly market, where you can find the very best local ingredients, takes place every Sunday morning.
