Guests can enjoy a pretty balcony overlooking the sea, an outside dining area with a summer kitchen and a quiet spot to relax in the sun whilst listening to the gentle lapping of the waves. Inside, the bright and airy property enjoys multiple living spaces where guests can unwind. The UNESCO World Heritage Site of Kotor is a 25-minute drive from the property. It boasts a rich history with medieval churches, palaces and fortifications, reflecting its importance as a strategic coastal settlement. The fjord-like Bay of Kotor is surrounded by steep mountains and dotted with pretty coastal towns and beaches, making it a popular destination for boat trips and exploration. Another popular attraction on the bay is the artificial island of Our Lady of the Rocks (Gospa od Škrpjela), home to a Catholic church and a museum. The island can be accessed from Perast, a 40-minute drive from the accommodation. Perast itself is characterised by its beautiful Venetian architecture and has numerous well-preserved palaces and churches. Visitors will be spoilt for choice with beaches including; Plaža Žukovica is a 20-minute drive, Zagorski pijesak a 30-minute drive and Jaz Beach also a 30-minute from the property. Tivat, home to the Porto Montenegro marina and a selection of boutiques and cafes is a 25-minute drive away.
