The Casa Rinetta apartment in Lugano was in very good condition and has a cozy design. It was clean, is well equipped and had all that was needed for a comfortable stay, seeming quite new. All rooms are bright and there is a wonderful garden view. It is located at a 20 - 25 minute walking distance from the center of Lugano and has bus stops that are very close by. To the lake it takes about 10 minutes. The team working at the Enquiries office was very kind and helpful with my booking process, and in providing information for my arrival and check in. They were fast and efficient in solving last minute issues. Naomi at the local office in Lugano was also very helpful in providing information and support throughout my stay. People with problems in walking and climbing steps will have much difficulty, as the entrance through the garden has many steps and no inclined plane or ramp. I strongly recommend this apartment, as I had a very good stay there.
