The duplex is on the first floor and has wonderful views of the sea from the balcony. The balcony, which is off the living area, acts as an extension of the apartment. There is a dining table for meals al fresco, plus sun loungers for guests to relax in peace. The apartment also has a roof terrace with panoramic 360° views over the sea and surrounding area.
Indoors, the stylish living area is furn... ished with a large sofa, flat-screen TV and a second dining table and chairs. The open-plan kitchen is next to the dining area and is well-equipped with fitted units an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, a coffee machine and a washing machine.
There are two (linked) swimming pools on site, as well as a communal garden.

Location
The condominium is on the southern edge of Estepona which hugs the coast and is home to many fine long beaches. Playa de la Galera (3 minutes) is relatively quiet with good water quality, which makes it a popular area for scuba diving.
The centre of Estepona (15 minutes) has charming traditional Andalusian architecture and is decked with flowers throughout the year. The cobbled pedestrian streets are ideal for families who want to explore the town. The town’s weekly market (Wednesday) is worth a visit. It is one of the best in Andalucia, and you will be able to find the best local produce to cook at home.
Golf lovers will be spoiled for choice with 3 courses close to the apartment; Casares Costa Golf (6 minutes); Dona Julia Golf Club (7 minutes) and Estepona Golf Club (7 minutes).

Make a Booking
To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
