If you are in search of a relaxing holiday retreat this is the place for you! This cosy attic apartment for 5, is one of six options in a wellness complex in the quiet village of Nova Vas. Guests will enjoy the village’s tranquil surroundings but also the easy access to some of Slovenia’s popular tourist destinations. The entrance is through a modern lobby and the apartment is on the first floor. The decor is contemporary, with wooden floors throughout. The living room has a smart corner sofa, flat screen TV and a dining table and chairs. The separate kitchenette is equipped with new units, an induction hob, a fridge and a kettle. The residence has a communal sauna (which can be booked at an additional charge), a relaxation room with loungers and a large mosaic shower. Sleeping Bedroom... : The light-filled bedroom is furnished with three single beds and a wardrobe. Extra: The sofa in the living area converts into a comfortable double bed. Please enquire about ID 10812, 10814, 10818 and 10804. Location Just 50 minutes from the charming Slovenian capital, Ljubljana, the chalet is in the heart of the unspoiled Inner Carniola region. The region is ideal for cycling and there are many mountain bike routes and hiking trails which allow visitors to get out into nature. In the winter months, there are also cross-country skiing trails. Nova Vas is a peaceful village but the apartment is just 50 metres from a grocery store and 80 metres from a good local restaurant. Nearby is the peaceful lake of Bloško Jezero (4-minute drive) where families can enjoy an outdoor playground by the water. Not to be missed is the wild Lake Cerknica (25 minutes) and Notranjski Park (17 minutes), with its population of bears, lynx and wolves. Also the Krizna Jama cave complex (10 minutes) with its 22 underground lakes connected by waterways. Visitors explore the caves in kayaks, a magical experience. Ljubljana makes a fascinating day trip. It is a small city packed with history. A tour of its medieval castle is not to be missed. Neither is a visit to the Central Market where you can find fresh local produce and regional delicacies. Ljubljana’s international airport is a 1 hour drive.  Show more
