The wood-panelled studio sleeps 2 people, but there is an additional sofa bed which would suit a child. It is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV and a double bed. It benefits from fast fibre optic internet. The breakfast bar, which seats 2, divides the living area from the kitchen. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a cooker hob, fondue, raclette, fridge and a coffee maker.

Location
The studio is in the village of Montroc, close to the popular resort of Argentière, near the ski lifts, shuttle buses and pistes. For beginners, the slopes at La Vormaine are just a 3 minute drive. For more experienced skiers, the Tour Col de Balme slopes are also close by. Some of the higher slopes around Argentière offer skiing later in the season, sometimes right up to early May.
During the summer the valley is packed with activities from hiking and mountain biking, to mountaineering, horse riding, white-water rafting, paragliding, tennis and golf.
Argentière (4 minutes drive) has many of the amenities that visitors need, including restaurants and a supermarket. The weekly market, where you can find the very best local ingredients, takes place every Sunday morning.
All the facilities of the region are on your doorstep. There are free train services on the Mont Blanc Express from Montroc le Planet station (4 minute walk), so visitors can explore the whole Mont Blanc Valley.
Geneva airport is a 1 hour 20 minute drive from the house.
