The property is located in Labin a small town on the eastern part of the Istrian peninsula in Croatia. The property is approximately a 10-minute walk from Labin’s Old Town and a 20-minute walk from the commercial centre. Originally a medieval settlement under Venetian rule, Labin's historic centre is characterised by narrow cobblestone streets, medieval buildings and charming squares. The closest supermarket is less than a 10-minute walk away. For wine lovers, Vino Matiška winery is less than a 10-minute drive away.
