The main gate leads to a large terrace, which surrounds the property, where you will have a covered area, just before the front door, equipped with a table, chairs and outdoor sofa. A radio speaker is available to cheer up your evenings.
Continuing outside, you will find a table football and a net for playing football.
The swimming pool, located in the lower part of the beautiful garden, is surrounded by trees and here you will have another shaded area with tables and brickwork chairs. There are also two sun loungers.
In front of the pool is a children's play area with swings and slides.
Entering the front door of the property, you will find a nice hallway consisting of wooden furniture and table.
Continuing on you will enter the large and cool living room where you will have at your disposal a sofa (which becomes a comfortable single sofa bed), a large dining table with chairs, and a wall unit with Smart TV.
After the living room is the kitchen, complete with pantry, fridge/freezer, gas cooker, oven and various utensils.
The bathroom is located between the kitchen and the living room and is complete with WC, bidet, washbasin and shower.
On the other side of the hallway is the sleeping area.
On the right is the first bedroom consisting of a double bed and wardrobe.
To the left is the large bedroom consisting of two single beds and the master bedroom consisting of a double bed and dresser.
These beautiful trulli have been renovated in a modern style without losing their historicity, with bright colours and details.
