Location
The property is located in the Capo d’Orso area, just five kilometers from the center of Palau, a charming coastal town in northern Sardinia. Nestled between the Bear Rock to the west and the Gulf of Saline to the east, the Bay of Porto Mannu is home to this lovely property.
The nearest beach, Porto Mannu, is just 200 meters away.
Palau is renowned for its stunning beaches and turquoise, crystal-clear waters. It is also a gateway to the Maddalena Archipelago. The town lies midway between the Costa Smeralda (a 50-minute drive) and Santa Teresa Gallura (a 30-minute drive).
From Palau’s marina (a 25-minute walk), visitors can take a 20-minute ferry to the island of La Maddalena, home to Punta Tegge Beach, one of the most beautiful in the archipelago. Sun-seekers can enjoy pristine beaches such as Isolotto Beach (a 15-minute walk) and Porto Faro Beach (a 7-minute drive). In the bay, just a 4-minute walk from the house, there is also a boat rental service.
