The property benefits from a balcony that provides the perfect spot for a morning coffee whilst enjoying the vistas and fresh mountain air.
Inside, the cosy open-plan living area is the ideal place to relax after a day of outdoor adventures. This area incorporates a small kitchen and is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a flatscreen TV and a dining table. The kitchen is fitted with; a Mokka coffee machine, an oven, a cooker hob, a... microwave and a fridge freezer.

The apartment is nestled at the foot of Mont Blanc, a 10-minute walk from Dolonne, a hamlet within Courmayeur one of the most renowned alpine resorts in northwestern Italy. The ideal base for winter sports enthusiasts, Courmayeur offers a wide range of ski slopes suitable for all levels and is famous for its off-piste opportunities including the Vallée Blanche.
The Telecabina Dolonne cable car to Mont Blanc is a 5-minute walk away and Plan Chécrouit Ski Resort is a scenic 15-minute drive. Fitness enthusiasts can also visit the rock-climbing centre, sports complex and gym, all just an 11-minute walk from the property. The closest restaurant is a minutes' walk from the accommodation and there are two supermarkets less than a 5-minute drive away.
In the summer, the area is a haven for hikers, bikers and mountaineers with trails ranging from easy walks to challenging climbs and several mountain biking trails. Visitors will also find the scenic Golf Club Courmayeur et Grandes Jorasses a 15-minute drive away.
The thermal baths in Pré-Saint-Didier (a 10-minute drive) offer a relaxing experience with scenic alpine views. Guests will also find opportunities for rafting here.
