The additional service charge is 170 for bookings of 7 days or less and 210 for bookings of more than 7 days.

Our service charge is inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied.

This property has a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Additional Extras
We offer a range of extra facilities, which are available for hire through our office Happy.Services in Riva del Garda: Cot Hire - €20 per stay, High Chair - €15 per stay, Push Chair - €25 per stay, Camp Bed – €85 per stay, Wi-Fi or Mobile Internet Stick - €35 per stay. Please note that signal and connectivity is not guaranteed and may depend on the strength of the signal in your rental property.
Make a Booking
To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the pool is open from the 16th of May 2025 to the 15th of September 2025
