We liked responsiveness of the staff when we reached out. The flat is clean and nicely set up. However , the lights in the master room on the table were not working , it would be nice to have rubbish bags provided and directions to the bin. Spare towels and duvets would be appreciated. The tap in the kitchen was also inverted between hot and cold. Overall a great experience !
