Make a Booking
To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.

Great location, cute and clean apartment. Very small, the shower and bathroom is really tiny, but nice to have a separate bedroom. Happy Rentals staff were very helpful over email, and provided very clear and helpful check in and out instructions.

Cleanliness, house keeping, maintenance -We could not use the balcony as there was a danger notice on it. Customer service (office staff, showed little/no interest in my wife and I on the two occasions we went in.

The Belle Epoque was a wonderful base to stay in and confirmed our idea to take an appartment in the town. The notes said that it might be a little noisy as it is on a main street above two pubs - Moo and Elevation 1804, but all quiet later so we were not disturbed.
