Location
Situated along ‘254 Allée des Diligences’, guests are placed a few metres away from the Le Prarion ski lift and 2-10 minutes’ walk from the ski school, the tennis club, train station and Lac des Chavants fishing lake. The centre of Les Houches is 5 minutes’ drive away, whilst the Equestrian centre is 9 minutes’ drive away.
Just 14 minutes’ drive away, famous Chamonix boasts a wealth of ski and winter pursuits, as well as a buzzing resort centre with a weekly local food market and plenty of grocery shops and supermarkets to take advantage of. A wide selection of world food restaurants, brasseries, cafes, fine dining and wine & tapas bars are also on hand to whet the appetite throughout the day and night. Those looking to enjoy a lively evening out will also be spoilt for choice; with a plethora of different bars and live music venues to accompany the resort’s nightclubs, lounge bars and microbreweries.
In the summertime, Chamonix is a great destination for hiking, mountaineering, rock climbing, riding, Adventure parks, paragliding and even water sports and golf; whilst in the wintertime, Chamonix provides the perfect setting for Skiing and Snowboarding; with schools, rental shops, pristine slopes, cross country routes and off-piste runs providing a great distraction for all abilities.

Il luogo è molto bello: la vista del Monte Bianco è impeccabile; il nostro appartamento rimane un pò di lato, quindi solo dall'entrata si vedono le montagne, le camere sono sul retro. L'appartamento e il posto auto sono comodo. Nei dintorni c'è la possibilità di usufruire di attività sportive e passeggiate.
L'appartamento dovrebbe essere un pochino più curato. Attenti alla pulizia: c'era polvere e qualche ragnatela di troppo; penso sia stato pulito un pò di tempo prima del nostro arrivo. Qualche stoviglia in più e magari un pò rimodernata, sono vecchiotti e spesso diversi tra loro. Per noi in quattro bastavano, ma se consideri che ci sono 7/8 posti a dormire, qualcosa in più sarebbe meglio. Piccole accortezze che fa piacere trovare. L'unico vero rammarico è non aver potuto usare la bella stufa presente in sala. Probabilmente ancora non funzionante per la temperatura non proprio fredda.

En general todo correcto, pero la limpieza puede mejorar, los plafones del techo (iluminación) estaban llenos de insectos quemados, los limpiamos y ahora estan mucho mejor, y comentarles que encontramos la llave del armario de la habitación planta baja ( el triangular) rota.

Nous avons loué pour 7 personnes, il n'y avait que 6 sièges.
Chauffage sous dimensionné dans la salle de bains du rez de chaussée. Il y a 2 fours classiques mais pas de micro-ondes.
A notre arrivée, l'appartement était glacial, le chauffage avait été mis dans les 2 chambres seulement, ou en ce qui nous concerne, ne mettons jamais de chauffage.
