The air-conditioned villa has two levels and some really cosy terraces for lounging and dining alfresco. Its comfortable living area on the ground floor has an open fireplace and sofas to relax and reconnect after enjoying a couple of rounds of table tennis or a game of pétanque. The medieval town of Vence within 25-minutes walking distance or a 5-minute drive has beautiful cobblestone alleys full of cafes, boutiques, and art galleries. Its charming town centre with a 500-year-old Ash Tree has the Vieux Vence Cathedral featuring Marc Chagall’s mosaic. On the fringes of the town and 5-6 minutes drive away, is yet another marvel - the Rosary Chapel with painter Henri Matisse’s architectural splendour. The famous and buzzing destinations of the famed French Riviera like Cannes and Nice are only a 45 and 30-minutes drive away, respectively.
