Its gorgeous and green outdoors are superbly maintained, with a lovely pool (4 x 8 m; depth: 1.70 m), shaded open-air dining, a rear-end pergola with lounging as well as an outdoor shower at guests’ disposal.
The child-friendly holiday house is split into two levels and has 2 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen-diner and a full bathroom to provide a convenient and carefree stay. Kitchen utilities include a microwave, coffee machine, fridge, toaster and cooker hob. The living room features characteristic interiors centred around an ambient fireplace and complete with good-quality furniture to ensure a home-like atmosphere.

Extra charges and information
Electricity has to be paid on the spot based on consumption at € 0,50 kw/h.
A Refundable Security Deposit of € 300 must be paid in cash on arrival.
A tourist tax of €1/day/pax is also to be paid on the spot for up to 10 days (Guests below the age of 12 are exempt).
If necessary, gas for heating in wintertime or when necessary because of climate must be paid on the spot based on consumption at € 0,35 kw/h.
Please note: Check-in time is 16.00-20.00 and check-out time is 08.00-10.00. Any other check-in/out time has to be previously agreed upon.
The road leading to the house is narrow and therefore only small or medium-sized cars can pass through.

Guests can also take fun-filled day trips to the Vendicari Nature Reserve (75 minutes drive) and enjoy exciting activities like snorkelling and hiking as well as one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, Colomosche. Catania’s international airport is 90 minutes away.

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, die Lage ist traumhaft allerdings muss man mutig sein, denn es ist ein unbefestigter steiler weg.
