On the ground floor of an exclusive, quiet residence, this apartment sleeps 4 people. The residence is modern but built in an attractive, Mediterranean style with views out over the beautifully maintained, shared garden and swimming pool. The contemporary kitchenette in the living/dining room is fully equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine, making self-catering very easy. In the living area, there is a table that seats 4 people, a comfortable sofa and large French windows that lead directly onto a shaded, private terrace overlooking the pool. The terrace has another table for 4 people for al fresco dining and deckchairs for relaxing in the sun.

Location
This residence is on the edge of the small town of Pittulongu, about an 11-minute drive from the town of Olbia, the centre of Sardinia’s famous Costa Smeralda.
Pittulongu is truly blessed with a picture-perfect, long, white sandy beach. It is particularly popular with families, as the crystal clear, shallow waters are very safe for bathing. The area is well known for its snorkelling, thanks to the pristine sea. On the beach, you can hire sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as jet skis and windsurfing boards for the more adventurous. There are also fine coastal hikes with views of the famous island of Tavolara. The island of Tavolara claims to be the smallest kingdom in the world and is well worth a day trip for hiking, swimming and lunch at the famous Da Tonino restaurant, run by the island’s current king.
The town of Pittulongu itself is home to many excellent restaurants which cater to all ages, with local Sardinian specialities, seafood and classic Italian cuisine. There are many of the amenities that any holidaymaker might need – shops, pharmacies etc., however, you are advised to bring your own car when staying at the property.
Olbia airport is just a 15-minute drive from the apartment. If you plan to arrive by ferry from Livorno or Civitavecchia the ferry terminal in Olbia is only a 10-minute drive away.
The house is not suitable for elderly people.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem Anwesen mit insgesamt 5 Stück - drei unten, zwei oben. Es gibt einen superschönen, wenn auch nicht riesigen Pool für alle fünf Einheiten, der immer offen ist. Die Außenanlage und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt, die Sträucher um das Grundstück blühten im Sommer. Der Pool ist defintiv das größte Asset (neben der Lage).
Die Lage ist auch sehr gut - nur ca. 5 km von Olbia im nächsten Ort Pittulongo. Dort gibt es mehrere sehr schöne, um nicht zu sagen, traumhafte Strände, die man auch kostenlos "beliegen" darf. Der nächste liegt ca. 500m weg. Die Traumstrände von Golfo Aranci liegen nur 4-5 km weg, die Costa Smeralda beginnt nur ca. 10 km weg, mit den mondänen Orten wie Porto Rotondo, Porto Cervo. Das Haus liegt ca. 100 m von der Durchgangsstraße Richtung Berge. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze vorm Haus. Alles ist sauber. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter läuft über Whatsapp.
Die Wohnung selbst (wir hatten die mittlere unten, Nummer 2) besteht aus einer Wohn-Küche mit einem Klappsofa und einem Esstisch und Fernseher und zwei Schlafzimmern. Es gibt auch zwei Bäder. Die Wohnung hat eine eigene Terrasse mit einem (recht billigen Plastik-) Tisch, vier Stühlen und einer Wäschespinne. Die Schlafzimmer verfügen auch über Kleiderschränke.
Küche: Obwohl sauber, ist sie nicht besonders gut ausgestattet. Die Ikeatöpfe sind ok. Besteck und Geschirr reichen aus, sind aber nicht üppig. ZB fehlt eine flache Pfanne zB für Eier. Es gibt einen Gasherd (4 Flammen), eine Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach und eine Spülmaschine, sowie einen Toaster. Eine Kaffeemaschine im Sinne des Wortes fehlt (da ist eine "italienische" zum Schrauben für den Gasherd, die leider nicht gut auf dem Herd steht - Obacht). Auch ein Backofen fehlt. Die Küche hat eine Klimaanlage. Und einen Fernseher. Das Klappsofa ist eher billig und leider nicht fürchterlich bequem. Die Küche ist nicht praktisch designt (Schranktüren gehen teils in die intuitiv falsche Richtung auf).Response:

L'appartement est très bien situé proche de plusieurs plages accessibles à pied, de petits commerces et d'olbia.
La piscine est très sympa et très bien entretenue.
L'appartement est confortable mais cependant très mal isolé ce qui est très dommage, étant dans l'appartement central du rez-de-chaussée j'étais réveillée par le bruit des voisins.
