Inside, the chalet offers cosy interiors spread over a single floor and features a large living room with ample seating space, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchenette that directly leads out onto the garden. In the kitchenette, guests will find all essential utilities like a dishwasher, oven, fridge, toaster and coffee machine to ensure a hassle-free self-catering holiday.

A Refundable Security Deposit of € 300 must be paid in cash at check-in.
The town tax is to be paid at €2/day/person - until 7 days - up to 14 years old are exempt.
Electricity has to be paid on the spot, based on consumption at 0.45 €/m3.
Please note that Check-in is from 4-8 pm, and check-out is from 8-10 am. Any other check-in/out time has to be previously agreed upon.
The owner has a parking space and a beach umbrella at the bathhouse-bathing establishment at 4,5 km; if interested, guests can arrange the use of these directly with the owner of the house. The owner also maintains the right to use the pool sporadically and lives in a separate villa on the property.
Location
From the property you can easily reach the beaches of the coastline, Feniglia (10 minutes) and Giannella (20 minutes), which are the most renowned resorts of the Argentario, as well as the resorts of the Maremma coastline and the interesting and numerous Etruscan resorts in the area.
The Aurelia state road passes just 200 metres from the property and the villa is just an 8-minute drive from Orbetello’s old town centre, which is completely pedestrianised and has shops, restaurants and several discos. Since the house is situated in the ancient Etruscan region, which connects to the naturally beautiful and exquisite Maremma region, guests here also have a host of nature parks to enjoy. The nature/butterfly park with the Spanish Forte delle Saline (in Albinia) is a 5-minutes drive away. Meanwhile, historical sites such as the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, with notable frescoes from the 15th C, are a 15-minutes drive away.
The main settlements of Monte Argentario; Porto Ercole and Porto S. Stefano, and Talamone are within a 20-minute drive. Besides this, guests can head to the thermal springs of Saturnia or to Tarquinia (both a 50-minute drive), the Tarot Gardens (20 minutes) and Ansedonia (10 minutes) for exploring the region. The nearest airport is Leonardo da Vinci airport in Rome, about a 2-hour drive from here.
