The holiday apartment is well-located with the closest bus stop, Via Molinazzo, a supermarket, gelateria and Cassarate funicular just a 5-minutes walk from its location. The Lugano centre, with Parco Ciani, the iconic Piazza della Riforma, Trenino Turistico, Lugano casino and a wide range of discos to enjoy is just a 15-20 minute walk. However, for those who want to unwind away from the crowds, Lido San Domenico and the Olive Grove trail for lakeside hiking are a 10-minute drive from here! There are also many beautiful parks across the Lugano area, with stunning panoramic views, like at Parco San Michele (20 minutes walk) and Parco San Grato (20 minutes drive).
For excursions outside of Lugano, guests can head to Montagnola and visit the Hermann Hesse museum if they are literature lovers. Next up, places that are a must-visit are the prettiest village in Switzerland, Morcote, and the SwissMiniatur, both located about half an hour from here. To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.

Sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene Wohnung. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Sauber modern. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage, Fitnessstudio im EG (muss man Abo vor Ort kaufen). Haustiere erlaubt. Einkaufen (Lebensmittel) direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Einziger Nachteil, bis ins Stadtzentrum zieht es sich, braucht zu Fuss schon etwas länger, ist ausserhalb. Wie kommen gerne wieder!!!
