A first-floor apartment in a modern residence, in central Chamonix Sud, with wonderful mountain views, this apartment sleeps 3 people and makes an ideal base from which to enjoy everything that the Chamonix Valley offers during the summer months.
The open plan living area, with pale wooden floors and contemporary décor, is furnished with an ample sofa, coffee table and flatscreen TV. The windows look out onto trees and nature, and there is a glass door, which leads out onto the balcony with 2 chairs, where guests can sit and admire the mountain views.
At the other end of the living area is a dining table with four chairs. The well-equipped kitchenette is a separate room but there is a hatch giving direct access to the dining area. The kitchenette has a cooker hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and coffee-making machine.
Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The cosy double bedroom is off the living area, with a comfortable double bed and neat chest of drawers.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a single bed.
Bathroom
This classic, tiled bathroom has a full bath with a shower, washbasin and W.C.

Location
Centrally located, with excellent access to all of Chamonix’s amenities, the apartment is just a 7 minute walk from Chamonix Aiguille du Midi train station. From here, the whole of the Chamonix region opens up, with a free train pass available.
Outside of the skiing season, there are numerous options including hiking and biking trails through stunning mountain scenery. For real excitement, the Absolute Chamonix paragliding centre is close by, or the Chamonix Amusement Park (21 minutes walk) offers a fun day out.
The town hosts many cultural and sporting festivals during the summer months including the Fete de la Musique, the Chamonix Yoga Festival and the Climbing World Cup.
For self-catering, there is a weekly farmers market every Saturday morning, in Place Mont-Blanc (13 minute walk). Here you can pick up the best local specialities to enjoy at home. The town is home to many fine restaurants and bars, which will suit all budgets and ages.
Geneva airport is a 1 hour, 16-minute drive from the apartment.
