The apartment sleeps 5 people. It is thoughtfully equipped with everything guests might need for a comfortable stay. The airy living room has a large sofa, a stylish leather armchair and a flat-screen TV. French windows lead out onto a private balcony, with a table and chairs, where guests can relax and enjoy the views over the L’Eau Noire river to the mountainside. Indoors, the dining table seats 5 people and is next to the modern, fitted kitchen, which is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso and coffee machines.
Additionally, in the building, guests can enjoy total relaxatio... n with shared amenities that include heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym. SPA with massage and beauty treatments is open from 23rd December till 30th April except on Sundays and on 25th December.

Location
Vallorcine is set in spectacular mountain scenery and the slopes around the village are suitable for skiers of all levels. The apartment is a short walk from the ski lifts and the ski slopes. For a gentler alternative, there are 10km of cross-country skiing trails, which will suit beginners and experts alike.
During the summer months, the valley is full of fun activities: stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, climbing, tennis, golf and horse riding. For the more adventurous there are paragliding centres close by. All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep, as Vallorcine railway station is just a 2-minute walk from the residence.
The Swiss border is a four-minute drive from the village, and a minute beyond that is the Parc Vallée du Trient, with its breathtaking views and treks. The famous Montreux jazz festival, on the shores of Lake Geneva, takes place in early July, and is just 1 hour away.
Vallorcine has several restaurants and cafés which cater to various ages and budgets. For self-catering, there is a weekly market (every Sunday morning) in Argentière (10 minutes drive). Geneva airport is a 1-hour 30-minute drive away.Show more

La residence est tres bien située, les instructions daccueil sont tres claires, lappartement est bien pense avec suffisamment despace dans les chambres et salon. Un peu juste cependant pour y mettre un lit parapluie.
Attention cependant a envoyer les instructions dacceuil aux bonnes personnes, nous avons ete reveillés a minuit le jour de notre arrivée par des personnes qui avaient recu le meme document dacceuil que nous... les plus impactés sont les personnes qui ont du repartir. Mais le cas inverse on on aurait du laisser la olace a minuit avec 2 enfants qui dorment aurait ete terrible...

Dans l'ensemble nous avons apprécié notre séjour malgré l'absence de lumière dans les chambres (enfant et parent), seules les lampes de chevet fonctionnaient et une lampe dans la chambre enfant était à moitié décrochée ce que nous avons signalé dans l'enquête de satisfaction. L'eau s'évacuait avec grande difficulté dans la douche. La housse qui recouvrait le canapé était trouée avec de nombreuses tâches noires (à changer). Beaucoup de lampes dans les communs ne fonctionnaient pas. Et malheureusement, personne pour faire part de ces petits soucis, c'est dommage car le lieu est paisible et il y a tout pour passer un excellent séjour.
