Located in a quiet, rural area in the eastern part of the Istrian peninsula, the property is surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes, historic sites and charming villages. The picturesque old town of Labin (an 8-minute drive) is a must-visit for history and architecture lovers. It is home to numerous museums, art galleries and beautifully preserved medieval buildings. There are also several vineyards and wineries nearby offering wine-tasting tours and visits.
With its crystal-clear waters and white pebbles, the beautiful beach of Rabac is only a 15-minute drive away. From here there are several boat tours available that will take visitors along the Istrian coast, visiting hidden coves and islands, and offering opportunities for swimming and snorkelling.
The closest international airport is Pula (PUY), located approximately a 45-minute drive away.
