The Residenze Gallura are located in the heart of the renowned center of San Teodoro, full of services and entertainment. The property is located a few steps from the characteristic square, which can be reached with a short walk (about 500 meters) and 2 km from the beautiful white sandy beach of La Cinta (reachable by car or with a public service, active during the summer season). . On the east coast there are enchanting beaches, archaeological sites and nature trails among the most beautiful in Sardinia. The port and airport of Olbia are about 30 km away. The apartments furnished in a simple and functional way can be on the ground floor with an equipped garden or on the first floor with an equipped balcony. The apartments have a living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double bedro... om, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom. MANDATORY CHARGES TO BE PAID LOCALLY AT CHECK-IN: 1) FINAL CLEANING: Kitchenette and disposal of waste by the customer or supplement of € 50.00. 2) TOURIST TAX: to be paid on site, compulsory for the municipality of San Teodoro, in cash.
