The property has a contemporary finish with a cool tiled floor that extends out to the terrace and a simple bersò that provides a shady extension to the living space, ideal for alfresco dining or an aperitif at the end of the day. The private terrace also includes a sun deck with a jacuzzi and comfortable outdoor seating.
Inside, the main open-plan living space is furnished with a comfortable sofa, and a flat-screen digital TV and incorporates a small kitchen equipped with; a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, cooker hob, microwave and a dining table with four chairs.

Location
The accommodation is situated on the southern coast of Sicily, close to the small coastal village of Cava d'Aliga (a 7-minute drive from the accommodation) in the province of Ragusa. The area is known for its beautiful sandy beach that stretches along the coastline, clear blue waters and tranquil atmosphere.
The village features a small promenade where visitors will find a few restaurants, bars and shops. Here, you can savour delicious Sicilian cuisine, including fresh seafood and traditional dishes, while enjoying the sea breeze and panoramic views.
Cava d'Aliga also serves as a great base for exploring the surrounding areas of the Val di Noto, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its Baroque architecture. The nearby towns of Scicli (just a 15-minute drive away), the pearl of Sicilian baroque, with its stunning palaces and churches, are must-visit destinations for history and culture enthusiasts, Modica (a 27-minute drive), Ragusa Ibla (a 40-minute drive) and Noto (a 60-minute drive). The closest airport to the accommodation is Comiso Airport approximately a 50-minute drive away, and Catania Airport is 90 minutes drive away.

Die Lage des Hauses ist unübertreffbar. Trotz einiger kleineren Mängel im Haus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war ein toller Urlaub.
