Arranged laterally with living spaces and bedrooms leading off one central corridor the property hugs the coastline and enjoys a panoramic view of the sea.
The house enjoys two living spaces, a comfortable TV room and another spacious open-plan area that also incorporates a modern kitchen. Furnished with a comfortable U-shaped sofa and a large dining table this area leads out to the covered pool and terrace where guests can enjoy alfresco meals. The kitchen is fitted with; an induction hob, an... oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a fridge freezer.

Location
The property is located on the northern coast of the Croatian Island of Dugi Otok, just off the Dalmatian coast. The Island is known for its natural beauty, crystal-clear waters and charming villages. The closest village to the property is Božava (an 11-minute drive) which has a harbour and waterfront area dotted with fishing boats, cafes and restaurants overlooking the sea. The most prominent landmark on the Island is Veli Rat Lighthouse (a 20-minute drive) which offers panoramic views of the surrounding area.
Sali (a 35-minute drive) is the largest village and main port. It has a picturesque harbour with traditional stone houses and a charming waterfront. Visitors can take boat excursions to discover the hidden gems of the Adriatic Sea and explore nearby islands, bays, hidden beaches and underwater caves.
There are several beaches within a 10-minute drive from the property including Sakarun Beach which is known for its white sand and turquoise waters and is one of the most famous beaches on the Island. The Island is also home to the Nature Park Telascica (a 46-minute drive). This is a protected area that includes cliffs, saltwater lakes and a well-protected bay. Ferry Port of Brbinj is a 10-minute drive and connects the Island with the mainland.
The closest international airport is Zadar Airport (ZAD), which is a 2-hour 10-minute journey from the accommodation including the connecting ferry.Show more

Make a Booking
To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2025 to the 1st of October 2025
A damage deposit of 1000 has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
