Cleaning & Linen Charges:
Each Porto Letizia property tariff is inclusive of gas, electricity, water & air-conditioning (A/C only available in the Palazzo Apartment and only in July and August), however tea towels & beach towels are not supplied.
Linen/towels are €12 per person.
Tourist tax: € 2,00 per person per night.
The cleaning, linen and extra charges are added to the total when you make the booking.
Short Breaks
This property has a minimum stay of 3 nights. During peak season the minimum stay is of 5 nights.
Additional Extras
On arrival you can hire a baby-cot for €20, a highchair for €15 and an extra bed for €85. Pets are allowed and cost an additional €30. All these charges are not dependent on the length of your stay and are a one off payment, they are not included in the above mentioned rental prices.
You will be asked to leave a €200 deposit at the reception to cover accidental damages. If you accept the damage waiver at the time of booking you will not be asked for this deposit.
Internet is freely available, but only in the common area.
Make a Booking
To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
